Why we built it
Small businesses lose jobs to missed calls
A plumber on a job can't pick up the phone, and the customer calls the next company on the list. DeskTeam gives local service businesses a team of AI employees that answer every call, chat with website visitors, follow up with new leads within seconds and ask happy customers for reviews.
Our text employees run on Claude by Anthropic, and our voice receptionist answers calls in real time. Every assistant says it's AI, and the business owner stays in control of what it offers and when it hands a call over.
